Dual-qualified in England & Wales and Russia, Uliana brings over a decade of experience advising corporations, investors, and sovereign entities across Europe, the CIS, Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Her track record spans major arbitration frameworks including LCIA, ICC, SIAC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, and ad hoc proceedings, as well as complex English court litigation involving interim relief, fraud and asset recovery, and parallel arbitration-court proceedings.
